Your satisfaction is our top priority! We ask that you choose the correct size for standard items and provide precise measurements for custom orders. For standard items, if you are unsure on choosing the correct size, we are happy to assist you via email or  phone  in making the right decision. For a custom order, if you are unsure on how to take measurements precisely, we are happy to assist you via email or phone   in taking them properly.

We gladly accept returns of items that do not comply with the size measurements you have provided. You can return the item by mail within 10 businesses days after the day you receive your package. This applies under the following conditions:

• The returned item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, in sealable condition with original Kujta & Meri tags.
• You can return the item only once.
• We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
• The shipping and delivery costs of the original item are non-refundable

Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Due to the non-refundable nature of our pieces, we will be more than happy to  replace your item(s) as per the above conditions.
