Refund policy

Kujta & Meri are proud to design and create pieces that look good on you. Your successful checkout of an online purchase indicates that you agree to our Return and Refunds Policy.

Your satisfaction is our top priority! We ask that you choose the correct size for standard items and provide precise measurements for custom orders. For standard items, if you are unsure on choosing the correct size, we are happy to assist you via email or phone in making the right decision. For a custom order, if you are unsure on how to take measurements precisely, we are happy to assist you via email or phone in taking them properly. 

We gladly accept returns of items that do not comply with the size measurements you have provided. You can return the item by mail within 4 pbusinesses days after the day you receive your package. This applies under the following conditions:

The returned item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, in sealable condition with original Kujta & Meri tags.

You can return the item only once.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

All items ordered with personalized body measures can be returned only if measures have been executed wrongly from Kujta & Meri.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Damages

Kujta & Meri carefully inspects and securely packs each item before dispatch. Once the package is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for any damages, delays, or losses that may occur during shipping.

Refunds
